Here is a prayer to help get rid of the past life and start living as a new creature who is born again and bought by the blood of Jesus.

When your past life start haunting you,you shall never have peace.The devil love to capitalize on our past life to make sure we feel hopeless and regret about life.

We want to thank our God,when Jesus came,he came to set as free and deliver us from our bad past life to make us new creatures. This one we have to accept by faith.

Here is the promise we anchor our hope in.. Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].(2 Corinthians 5:17)

As the promise above has told us, when we accept Jesus Christ, we become new creatures and the old is gone.

As we go to prayer now,have faith in the Lord Jesus and accept him fully, no matter what happened in the past, the past is gone and now the life you live now, you live by the faith of the son of God.

Here is what God says in His word.. I have been crucified with Christ [that is, in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body I live by faith [by adhering to, relying on, and completely trusting] in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.(Galatians 2:20)

We only thank God for the love shown to us. Let us now pray over our past so that we can get over it.

Heavenly Father,through the name of our Lord Jesus,want to come before you with thanksgiving in my heart praising and glorifying you for your love and care,thank you for making it possible for me to see this day,dear loving Lord have been living with fear and regret over my past and want to thank you for setting me free, I want to thank you for your mercies and love,am now a new creature in Jesus Christ,teach me Lord to know how walk in your ways,thank you for hearing and answering my prayer in Jesus name I pray and believe.Amen
