God of mercy, what a joy to see another beautiful morning as I start this day, I want to thank you for the gift of life that you have given me freely, dear God I come before you with a contrite heart committing myself to you knowing that you are the only one who knows me, you created me for a purpose, I don't know what lies ahead of me today but I commit all unto you to perfect it so that it can match the will you have for my life,dear merciful God help me not to lean on my own understanding by am asking you to direct my thoughts, words and actions so that they can bring glory unto you,gracious God give me strength to carry on when things don't go according to my desire, give me the patience that ins needed so that I can be able to wait upon you to make straight all that you want me to know while on earth, I need your divine guidance so that I can know how to walk according to your will, thank you for hearing and answering my prayer in Jesus name.Amen
